So my sons zip saga continues... so let me give you a quick break down. 2009 2t zip , 70 big bore, red cdi, full geinelli extra exhaust run it in for around 200 miles so far, but when hitting 35 it bogs, we have bee playing with jets, from 60 mm all the way to 120mm and still the same with a 90 its even worse then the 120, in my opinion a 120 sounds way to big, we have tried a little cone tnt air filter, and foam air filter and even no filter but still the same ,full throttle and bogs. I am thinking may be trying, new reeds, standard air filter, uprated spark plug but any ideas help from you guys would be great... cheers
Hi. Thank you will give it a try. Its nearly there now but not quiet and with all the little bits done it should what 45/50 mph i would think.
