2005 SH125i sluggish on pull away

Good evening all

So about 2 months ago I bought a lovely 2005 Honda SH125i brilliant little bike with loads of service history. I ride it everyday to get to work.

Lately it seems a little slow off the mark. not sure why I thought it being a 125 it would be a little nippy off the mark but just doesn't seem to be. Hums along at 40mph lovely.

any guidance would be amazing

when you have the transmission case off changing the clutch springs, it would be worth also checking for flatted rollers, general variator cleanliness, and the condition/wear of your drive belt. Also the inside of your clutch bell may require deglazing, and the clutch pads should be checked for wear.
These are all wear and tear service items which require checking/changing as part of a service schedule.
