Hi Folks. I got a 2004 Aerox for my my sons 16th birthday. Probably done the usual and fitted a malossi 70cc kit, new crank, new Dellorto 17.5 Phva carb. Stage 6 Variator kit and new belt. Cleaned the fuel tank new fuel & bled the 2 stroke pump and checked the spark so all ready to go. Took about 4 turns of the starter and then slightly ticked over then cut out. Another turn of the starter and she's ticking over then the e choke kicks in and once up to temperature cuts out and its running. Bike then starts 1st time every time Got the jetting right and off for M.O.T runs great. However. The starting procedure remains the same? The e choke does not kick in until the engine has started the same as above! Takes about 4 turns of the starter and slightly ticked over then cuts out. Another turn of the starter and she's ticking over then the e choke kicks in and once up to temperature cut out and its running? And again! Once started from cold she fires up all the time? Got a brand new e choke still the same? Any ideas please Cheers Dave
