hi i wonder if anyone can help, my son has an Aerox 50 2003 with a LeoVinci TT exhaust, but i need new rollers and clutch springs also i need to re jet the carb. does anyone know what weight rollers i need and what colourclutch springs are needed or where i can get them. ive just got him some pollini carbon reeds for it as well but i wont fit them till ive found out what size jets to get. any advice or where i can get the bits will be great.
thanks
mike
62 is the standard jet and i think for a pipe the usual is to increase about 5% best bet is to buy a box ranging from like 65 to 72 and see what suits best. as for rollers i thort the tt came with ones to suit? your gonna be looking between 4.5 and 5g so again its a case of getting them right for you. i get my jets n rollers from adrenaline pedstop, but i think for a box your best to look on scooter-attack.com
yes the exhaust does come with rollers but the original one are totally flat on one side , so need to be replaced. so i thought if im changing the rollers i might as well put new clutch springs as well
3 sets of clutch springs (not really necessary) £12
rollers about £7 a set
box of 10 jets £10
10 jets for 10 $.............wow thats cheap....1 jet for one $..... Which in my country is about 7 Rand. I pay 6 times that for a single jet. So unfair
you pay the eqivilant in our scoot shops.. wages and things are pritty equal just when you go to another country you notice the impact... problem is we have nowhere that makes us cheap hence lots of people come here to earn
