    Well, a short update again.

Made some changes about the cooling system.
Got a new radator and placed it onder the footplank.
its not done yet, but it is able to get everything fitted well.

    Even bought some new stuff.
    A malossi bigbore 86cc exhaust.
And a T.C.R intake for my 34mm carburattor.

    Build the stuff up today.
and ofcourse made some pics for you guys, don't want to hold you guys back :p

Pic with the new exhaust just for the looks, but its pretty narrow with the body, so we'll see.

It's a monster ! Time to get a gear-up kit for the transmission - unless I missed something...
    Love it.

And less expensive - and better for transmission than Polini:eek:.
    I have:
    2 Polini frontal ignitions
1 Polini speed control oversize corrector
    all broken (no reason).

I also have the Polini transmission kick case. If I didn't have lots of tools and the patience of a saint - it would be in the garbage bin.

    ggrrrrrrrrr.

    frontal ignitions? links?
the speed controle overside corrector? sorry don't get that either for the moment :p have a link of this? Might be easier for me to know sure what u mean.

The polini gear cover looks nice, something i would like to have :p but if its better, i don't know, thise one is beared and good enough, so i don't care :p i would go earlier for differend things to get more HP than checking the beared gearcover hahah :p

But maybe in the future i will buy a stage6 one, not sure :p
First make this engine ( 2fast4race ) running, and get it up to a dyno for some runs :p

Well, some people askes questions about how much stuff i got now, well.
Made yesterday pictures for Turbovetto, So i share them here with you too guys.

3 of the fastes engines i have, still have some cilinders and other stuff, but thats not build up complete.

On front the 2fast4race engine with this speclist:
    -2fast4race 80cc
    -Roost 77cc bigbore exhaust
    -Kiesler 44mm with 85mm crank
    -Malossi Overrange
    -Malossi 13/44 gearing
    -Stage6 V-force
    -TCR intake
    -Keihin 34mm carburattor
    -PVL ignition

Than the MHR Speed 7T engine with this speclist:
-MHR Speed 7T ported by XSH ( cilinder is modified even for a peugeot engine, thats what you see for the cooling )
    -Artek K2 crank
    -Roost RS5 exhaust
    -28mm Keihin carburattor
    -Stage6 intake
-no valve at the moment, is probably gonna be a Vl14, drove that one before in this engine
    -Hpi05
    -Malossi overrange
    -Malossi 13/44 gearing

And than the Malossi MHR Bigbore86cc engine with this speclist:
    -Malossi Mhr 86cc bigbore
-Roost 86cc bigbore straight exhaust ( also have a malossi bigbore exhaust as you can see )
    -Stage6 44mm with 85mm crank
-TRD ( Twins Racing Division ) intake.
-28mm Keihin carburattor with serial number
    -Malossi 13/44 gearing
    -Malossi Eprom ignition
-No transmission yet becouse of the special crank, so here is comming a brand new stage6 overrange set for :D And probably even a 34mm carburattor with differend intake, so that this carburattor and intake is going back to the 7T engine :D

The Speed and bigbore engine are missing some parts, but not much to complete anymore.
Than i have still a Hebo Manston pata negra engine.
Wich is gonna be build up with this speclist:
    -Hebo Manston Pata Negra
    -Stage6 HPC
-Kiesler wig with malossi mhr manifold intake
-Probably the PVL from the 2fast engine, becouse the 2fast engine is gonna get the MVT ignition with smaller and lighter rotor, now its stock ignition....
-24mm Mikuni Carburattor or a 28mm OKO/KOSO/Keihin/Stage6 ( dunno what its gonna be xD )
    -Hebo Racing 2 exhaust,
    -Malossi 13/44 Gearing again :D
    -Malossi overrange.

    Most parts i already have.
And then i have this one under my aerox now:
    -Top Performance due+ 70cc
    -Stage6 21mm PWK carburattor.
    -Stage6 intake system
-stock ignition but with a earlier ignition time by drilling bigger holes ( 8mm instead of 6mm ) from the groundplate.
    -Malossi Overrange
    -Stock gearing
-TJT Gruppo B ( but thats gonna be for daily more the C16 becouse i want to keep the rare TJT Gruppo B in nice condition )

Well, still have some more exhausts:
    From left to right:
    -Hebo Racing 2
    -Yasuni C21
    -TJT F1
    -Malossi MHR Bigbore 86cc

And on the other side of the wall:
-Gianelli Shot V1 ( have also a 2nd one, but that had a big Dent inside, so thats gonna be fixed first.
    -Hebo Racing Replica
-DPR C21, Its a replica from a yasuni C21, but the performance comes out a little lower, Can be compared with a C20 from yasuni
    -Yasuni C16.
-Hebo Gara, just an oldi wich i got with an exhange.

Annd some of the exhaust i don't have pictures from becouse they are mounted to the scooters.

Some nice collection wich i bought in the last several years.

you bastard lol. So many lovely parts. Unfortunately to take my engine up a level is going to require a new cylinder and ignition and possibly a new carb at the same time. My friend has a carb off a yamaha dt125 to give me to try, all I know is that it came off a yamaha dt125 and is 26mm

s6 sport pro, s6 hpc crank, s6 pro rep or r1200, s6 sport variator (its an ongoing battle that one. Can get the r1200 exhaust to pull like crazy but its a pig to drive around town. Its always trying to accelerate so you end up on the pilot jet to try and maintin a constant speed like 50kph and it will drop out of the powerband and need more throttle. Then it shoots off again lol. I am going to get an inner rotor ignition next to see if that helps at all. Driving with a pro rep at the moment and saving the r1200 for a s6 racing cylinder in a few months.

The 26mm carb did not cost me anything so thought I would give it a try out of curiosity. I have only used dellorto carbs before so its something new to learn jetting a different kind of carb :)

26mm is pretty big for that cilinder, But with a rotor is possible ;)
The R1200 is funny, but makes a lot of noise.
I would prefer a yasuni C16, probably the R1200 has his powerband a little higher than the pro, so that rotor would do it ;)
But The C16 or a reap pro instead of the replica would do better,

Had the R1200 on my Top performance due + ( same powerband and performance as the s6 pro )
    with hpi 19mm DO.
    Did it verry nice.
But i noticed on the road that the R1200 loses power,
    C16 was more powerfull.

    and the C16:

I might place this engine again on the dyno with a blocked transmission.

Well, its bin a while now,
I didn't had much time to work on my rocket.
But i did had time to finally work on my aerox again, its now almsot a year since i got cought with it and lost the licenseplate papers by the cops ( they took it :( )
Have to make it stock, andd need to go to the RDW to get a new plate...

Butt, we didn't made it stock, hell nooo!
First we want to have some fun :D
Sooo i took my 7T speed engine and rebuild it.
Needs some adjusting again, but hell, that aint the problem.

Don't know if some of my buddy's recorded the drive, have to ask that, if they recorded it, movie will be posted.

Now, i didn't had much time for my own, becouse of this reason: Polini big evo 94ccm butt with a TCR crankshaft its a 96ccm ^^

My buddy bought something new, something really really fast, something even i can't keep up with... :(
( probably the next thing i'm gonna do build a simmilar engine or something brandnew to keep in front of him )

    Some pics of the days.
    Welcome home my old friend:
( still with the top performance engine on this picture )

    Now the insane machine:
Remounting the engine, becouse of the transport they disassembled it.
Also they straight came from a tuner wich made some adjustments on this engine.
The previous engine did in germany on the track about 160km/h.
The engine had a little over 30HP, but as the tuner sayd, it could have more hp's soo we'll gonna see it.

we didn't drove with it yet, but its gonna be on the 11th on the dyno.
    I'll keep you guys posted.
