ok, the capillers that i ordered are already delivered, somethere previous week already.
I ordered a stage6 frontfork but well, i got ripped off... i wanted to make a big update with capillers and fork together got well, ain't gonna be that....

Soo still a update with only the capillers :D
And yess capillers, i got 2 of them.
One for on the frontside, one on the back.

I can't give u a horny update on the stage6 frontfork so i make it up with u guys.
i got some movies from my scooters and how they run.
Hope u like this update :)

    With the manston2 engine:

With the 7T speed engine on the rocket:

    Me VS a friend:

7T speed engine on my aerox:

On my way to the dyno, sadly enough the rotor from the hpi was comming lose and the ignitiontime got changed....
    No dyno run done... :

    And for last.
The Rocket with the 2fast 4 race, just running engine, becouse i didn't had a rear brake i didn't testride it yet.
The sound is a littlebit fucked up, i guess the camera/phone couln'd handle it :p

hehehe sorryy :p not gonna happen :p
But hey, start small, and try out things, then start it to build your scooter.

You have to start somewhere, and not giving up already before trying.
If not sure how to do something, ask help to people who know, people like me.
and i guess there are a few more here on this forum ( at least i hope so )

Go search on the web how others did it or how others work with stuff, howto's and there are a lottttt of movies on youtube.

never say you can't do that if u didn't even tried.
and most of all, Never give up!

Than first find a style you like or want to work to.
    get idea's write them down.

For me, my style eventionally came with seeying those movies:
    Bigh rims, low style:

Its not the style cars i would drive, but i like the style becouse it matches with my scooter and orginal idea's

Got my geared bike style sorted,
But new to scooters come last year an
everytime I look up tuning parts suppliers
an their parts lists,it's like i'm 5 years old again -
an i've been left all alone in a sweetshop!,
Plonking the ideas down on paper is a deffo,
my initial project will be taking a std/restricted 80's
'ped and making it into what it shoulda been in the 1st
place!.....whilst still looking like it came off the factory floor!,
    Dream project would prob.be ©120 aerox/bodykit and fully -
legal as i'm full licence holder (but might wait till I get a few more
    ncb's logged. ;) ). :) .

just wondering how you got yours so low? i'd love to get mine lower cause it looks so much better, this NRG been lowered at the front so much there's no travel in the forks...
i want to be low but not that low.. how can i get the front lower? and the back, is that just a case of using a shorter shock/spring?

The front, not or get rid of some iron of the fork and make it even shorter, cutting a part of Butt with those rims not a idea,

Getting other rims is an idea, but well same like me, i like those rims, so thats not an option.

The back lower, well a shorter spring is an option if you can get a shorter spring.
My spring should had be arround 240mm but it doesn't give them lower as 260mm here.

So i removed the spring and just made something it could spring anymore.

If you check the older pics before it goes really low, there u can see how low it was without the widebody.
I just placed a wide body under and made it togetter.

But first, get your orginal underbody and check how low it is then.
And not forget, my frame isn;t orginal, engine suspention is from a aerox and welded on this frame.
So its al custom from the beginning.

well, tried to start the engine with the new exhasut, was really excited to hear the new sound of power and love.
didn't happen... damn engine just would start, checked everything but even i could find it yet....
The only time it ran was in the movie a few posts back, didn't even drive with it....

can't figure it out why it would start....

    But started the teardown.
    Removing the body and engine.
Placed a fake engine so i can still move the bike and work on it without getting dust or sharps in the engine or up the engine.

Now welding all the changes to the frame i made earlier for the side airintake.

maybe put the frame a little on a diet and lose some weight.
Then fixe the body nice and clean.
when that is done, the intire frame is getting sandblasted.
and repainted in colour or maybe coating, still not sure.

Hope to have some more progress on the body in a few weeks.

Sadly enough i didn't make it to the customshow this comming sunday.... just to much to do and not enough time to complete it :(

Sooo, let's find a new deadline and a show to visit :D

Got some pics on the tell, i place them later today ;)

I can fix all the problems.
There are even not much scooters here i didn't get able to fix them.

Yesterday someone brought an Yamaha 125cc of 150cc 4stroke what didn't worked for 2 years already.
Always standing in the rain outside.

Today i started working on him to get him running.
after i bought a new sparkplug it took me 15 minutes to get it running and keeping it running :p

Record here is about 2 or 3 minutes :p The scooter was still standing on the trailer and i already got it running before they could load it off hahahahah :p

    says enough? :p

@ my engine i think its something like the oilseals, one was leeking a little i could see, becouse it was wet and it seems for what i saw when i checked it out so fast, that the seal a little wrong and not right.

Didn't checked the ignition side, But if i'm right i forgot that metal thing what keeps pressure on the seal, got that already earlier with my manston 2 engine.
