    this is a whole lot easier if your not stripping the cases :thumbsup:

    Will the 180 modded barrel fit and work back into the 180 engine?

    Very professional of you shiney to show how its done, write up the lot.

    Most places/people sort of "hide" information from others in this scene, but then again look at it, its full of idiots !

    Alot of places do this work and have done for a while, but its good that youre offering it now too.

    Ive got 3 bores lying about :p

    I always thought you had to mod the cases for the 180 to fit ! wow in future im gonna get the skirt skimmed..

    We always knew it as You can mod the barrell or the cases. If you mod the cases it means you dont need to mod the barrell again (if you need a new barrell).

    wow only 2mm difference that can be done with sandpaper on ally on the lathe lol nice

    did this my self a few years ago been meaning to build the engine its all mirror polished may be one for project section need a crank though as i used it in my dragster oh need gears see how i go on might be able to get some gears out of one of my scrap engines

    Can this work on a typhoon 125 and do I need a new crank and i need 180 gears. ?

    No I don't thin so as typhoons have aluminium nikasil cylinders and the runners are cast iron kits I believe.
