Theromostats can and do jam open ,a jamemed stat or late opening stat wont let the water flow around the engine and no water means a sized engine...

Yes it its a shit hot piece of art (the scooter center sprinter) but its a twin 172 so its 344 cc and with a light alloy frame internal rotor...

No its not for that one ,its for another twin 125 lc (250cc ) Seems like every one is having twins at the moment? :D :D
They are 100 cc so are not classed as mopeds that have to be restricted ,as you have to be seventeen to ride on , they are just slow by design
We"ve always said that a polini 180 belt is longer than a mallossie 125/180 beld .How can you run the same belt (lenght and width) on a 180...
Try re fitting it useing vht copper based gascket sealent , and when fitting always tighten the manifold studs first to make sure the pipe is...

Thats about al you need ,but you might wont to extend the switch gear wirering as the block connectors are on a very short lead and look a bit...
