Little Update found an nrg mudgaurd in the shed, ditched the fly screen got my new mirror on :) got my stage6 filter just need 2 find a straight...

triangle one dusnt fit the bike tho but have made a bigger hole in the air filter on the bike and runs pretty fine does 55 clock speed

dnt really no y am using the iridium plug always thought it would be better but will check the reeds and buy a new plug 2morow and let you know...
thanks for the advice minor i spent about 4 hours on it today got the carb out cleaned it all still no luck so tryed a bigger jet was a 90 put it...
it did run after the rebuild just the day after it starts then cuts out i think it might be a fuel problem as petrol was coming out the overflow...
well decided to do the rebuild myself all went fine apart from one screw snapping in the casing but got that drilled out and tapped ordered a few...
well i had to rebuild my engine after the water pump had gone this was my first engine rebuild but after talkin to the guy in my local scooter...
ok cheers i will let you know when i have got my 172 kit
