sounds like you need the malossi 120cc kit or just do the sensible think and buy something with a piaggio engine in it.
my stalker is 50cc can you recommend a place on the internet to buy jets and some rollers going to get some and fit them this weekend.
no problem kinda having the same problem with my stalker i think.
have you just fitted a new exhaust or air filter ?? if not i would clean the carb and make sure the jets are clear.
