hi i was wondering if anyone can help me im doin a nrg 172 project and ive got most of the electrics converted over to fit the nrg im haveing...
hi i got a martini race colors typhoon 125cc old engine type in good consision apart from scraches on the panels and tear in the seat really fast...
this engines doin my head in sorted the carb out with the 125 one and now the piston ring had snaped so im goin back to standerd bore and on more...
not sure ita mikuni carb vm 20-325 and standerd thay got a 82.5 main jet it shoul i put the 75 in the carb just glade it runs when its cold lol...
think my carb was rubish that i had on there put a typhoon 125 cc carb on there and it started up stright away just got to set the mixture screw...
sorted my carberta for idleingand running when hot i got a 70cc kit on it with a 17.5 carb with 71 jet in runs fine when hot takes about 30 kicks...
and when i have the bike started the idel screw doesent do a thing its goes in and out put it dosnt rev higher or lower whats with that then thanks
right got the ped starting and idlesing ok but the carb gets really flooded put a 71 jet in it and it runs betta done about 2 half on the air fule...

are thay 5mm or six the jets for the 17.5

yh checked the filter its does the same thing with out the airfilter on but a bit louder will the main jet make it not run and take ages to start...
sorry bout the caps lock bois yeah gonna try put a 76 jet in thn work up from there and whats this about changing the clip on the neddle what will...
