if you jet it properly, that should sort out the cutting out. Does the derestriction include a new exhaust? if it does, chances are they wont...
first off i would get a new spark plug, the same as is standard with the bike. then take a look at the guides on here for jetting and rollers
Did the garage upjet the bike? souns as though the jet is too small or far too big.
have you changed jet sizes or rollers? is the spark plug the same as the old one? and aslong as the kick start works its fine just spray some wd40...
what suggestions are you looking for?
have a look for all the other earths, not sure where they are. make sure they are all clean and onto bare metal. If the problem still carries on...
it hasnt been bodged, that is the wire that is inside of the white part. This wont have any effect on the starting. have you checked all the earths?

it wont be ok, its waay off. You will need to go up around 2-4 jet sizes to run a k&n filter.
The aerox isnt faster than a neos. I used to have a neos that blew away my mates aerox.
