have you checked you barrel and head to make sure they are sealing correctly .

have you tried cleaning out your carb there might be some crap blocking one of the jets also try a new plug
useing a small carb will give you less power, also useing a larger carb keeps your engine cooler
yes mate looks like the cases have been flowed, im sure someone else will confirm this
hey mate i am sure the derbi sendas use a minarelli am6 engine i no the old ones do anyway but not sure about new ones.
sounds like your choke is acting up, make sure all the wires are connected properly if youve got a spare choke try fit that or a friends
then she shall go on a ported 50cc cylinder instead but will try on stage 6 raceing and see how it goes

hey wich model polini exhaust is this and does it suit mid-race cylinders (stage 6 raceing will be what its going on) or isit for more highend kits
I have always used premix, is simple and you know aslong as theres fuel theres oil, pluss you wont have to mess around putting the oil tank in

If you have just done a full engine rebuild it should be fine and isit a new 70kit as it may just need running in for the piston to take shape to...
you dont need 100-150 thats what most tuned engines are at you do not have a tuned engine, how are you haveing so much trouble with it .
If you have done a full rebuild the there should be plenty of compression stick it in your bike and start her up
