hey have just received my stage 6 drive face through post couple of days ago, so i fort i would weigh it and compare it to the old one.the stage 6...
looking for a few parts for the rolling nut engine, variator 125 or 180 transmission belt transmission caseing spacers etc for clutch rear pulley...

try taking the bike to a scooter repair specialist, even the smallest changes on a 2 stroke engine can affect how it needs setting up, also after...
go for the 21 but remember you WILL have to set up the new carb to run on your engine

Are you still useing the same plug as before could just need a new spark plug.
you can never go rong with the malossi vairiator, i have always used this and it works great for me.
the electrical unit on the carb is your automatic choke, and do you have the suction pipe on the fuel tap connected it sounds like its running out...
