ive been offerd an 08 one with 3000 miles for my gilera runner 50 ,55 plate but are they any good?

I noticed that my back wheel is like clicking rapidly as i ride, when i put it on the stand and revved it, it sounds like its coming from what...

Only does it when its warm, also choke isnt stuck on its automatic and that dont know about the mixture it idles fine :s
new rollers, dont know about the clutch springs and im pretty sure theres no air leaks thing is doesnt do it when its cold
