The air filter is obviously the cause I would say, if u have a standard airbox put that on and try it
You need to dry your air filter put it back on and try that

But you can spend half as much money and half the work and get the sames speeds out of a piaggio engine, thats why im basically sayin it aint worth it
I think you needs to do your reasearch first mate, fuel injection makes things harder not simpler, u cant really mod a cbr anyway so it doesnt...

Not much can be done on a speedfight bud, id say with a bore and other bolt on parts which you have you may get 60+ mph but not much more than that

The rollers could be heavy but very worn, that could cause it to accelerate quickly but have no top end

1000 is way too much for a 52 plate typh these days, you can pick up much newer excellent condition runners and things for that price
Wont be the jets then if it was jets it would do it all the time, ur hoses probably need replacing or cleaning also give the carb and jets a clean.
Does it only bog when first started or all the time?
Bcos thats far too light for a stock speedfight. Need to be atleast 7g
Stock rollers on a speedfight I think are 9g so id go down to 7.5g maybe 7
