just remove your wheel dude its simple to do, undo caliper bolts take caliper off its a bit of a tight squeeze between the disc and the wheel rim...

yea you should be fine do atleast 3 coats of primer then about 4 coats of colour :)

best and cheapest thing to do is paint them your self its simple to do done mine myself and redoing them a different colour :)
