there ok but the noise may get tiresome after a while have a look at getting a 4t exhaust for a similar 4t scooter as it will come with a baffle...

fly & zip 4t 50's arn't as bad as people bang on about yea there not fast but you wont be going everywhere at 25mph derestrict it and it will hold...
because it stops heat beaing absorbed into the things around it, so if you use it on a car your wrap it around the manifolds to stop excessive...
Looks ok mate but be carful with heat wrap it holds the heat in very well and can crack welds my car had the manifold wrapped and it cracked...
sounds like a loose earth wire to me..... did you disturb, unplug or undo any of the loom and wireing when putting your 50 kit back on? check...

my 4 stroke does this and I can safely say it will be the spark plug mate mine goes through fazes of being happy for ages or only a few days which...
try a new plug instead of a used one
