ok ill try a diff spark plug and use a diff cdi of my mates bike, if this doesnt solve the problem, does any know what else it could be?
someone help!!! i put the 50s kit back on and the bike wont even start now, the rings are in place, cleaned the carb, checked the jets, the spark...
i took the cyclinder head and cylinder (polini 70cc) off because i had to change the exhaust studs..i put it all back on inc exhaust and started...
yh i tried it but it seemed a bit bigger and started to thread the whole so i took it out. I might of put it in a bit wonky coz i was in a rush...
my exhaust stud is a bit messed up so i need a new one....is it possible to get the same stud for my kit?
ok i may sound a bit dumb but i took the clutch nut off and i took the whole thing of the shaft....this is meant to happen right? from here im...
ok ill have a look at that...but why would the rear wheel/rear brake go tight and then loosen quickly before the bike cuts out?
my mate got a polini 70cc kit for his zip and got it put on by a mechanic...after a day or so the indicators seemed a bit dimmer and they alot...
one day the bike just cut out on him, from then it wouldnt kick or electric start... when we kicked it, ther was a crunching sound coming from...
i doubt it could be the centre stand because it seems like its coming from the variator area. I changed my rollers the other day but i didnt...
by the way a polini 70cc kit was put in the other day, could it be something to do with this?
minor i checked all of the above and the noise still seems to happen....could it be something else?
my cousins ped makes a sqeeking noice when he thottles his zip, it will only last for about 10 mins then after that it goes, any ideas?
