quite easy to fit once you got the hang of it lol, as for the clutch springs i would try the hard one's first and see what their saying, rollers...

well there's a big spring which is in the clutch/torque drive which is the contra spring, the clutch spring's which you want to replace for...
You probably need some stronger clutch spring's in then, more than likely some lighter rollers aswel but wait for other's to respond ;)
