well my basic understanding of carbs is air and fuel in thru filters by the looks of that your going to have 2 lots of fuel and only 1 lot of air...

the kickstart spring is a very fiddly job doesn't really require much knowledge tho and the bike isn't really all that good, uses the same engine...
from what you've described it seems very possible to fix. i still think your a cunt tho
