as jeffro said my runner 180 used to get me up central everyday about 40 mile round trip daily worked fine never had a prob until i binned it into...
if you really are goin to go through with it stage six do a engine mount conversion kit its for a 50 piaggio engine so will have to grind it down...

unplug stator from the rest of the loom i.e just have the stator goin to the cdi not the rest of loom then kickstart it if it starts the a problem...
