well loosening the like unit where the cable goes in will tighten the cable, if you no what i mean? come on you musta done it with a push bike...
You can lossen it at either but at the handle bar will do your oil pump aswell so if thats too tight loosen the shit outa it
Sounds like the cable wants tightening mate, take your handlebar cover of and wind the unit out on your throttle
have you tightened the throttle cable? if you held the revs at say a 1/5th throttle would it live?
