Buy a genuine Dremmel. I have had several of the cheap dremmels (Rolson etc) and they either don't last or don't have enough power to handle...

Funny you should say that - i was thinking of painting it white. Now leaning towards grey - it really goes nice with the gold!

Yes it looks a bit tight but the front panel isn't screwed on - with it tightened up the lip comes up a few cm so it should ok i think.

I think you'd want something like a 50cc yamaha aerox (or mbk nitro - they're the same bike). LOADS of tuning and styling parts available.
