my forks were stiff on my nrg, i just popped off the seal cleaned out all the dry grease, oiled them up and they have been fine since nrg forks...
i would think the coolant pipes bolt there so they dont rub on the engine or anything else, see if you can attach them elsewhere so they dont rub...
yer guns is right, they will look for any reason at all not to pay out and i mean anything, its the same with life insurance, i bet over half of...
it has nothing to do with the side stand at all id say if its vibrating at standstill, it would be engine related could be engine mount like...

i was gonna suggest regulator/rectifier but if they work when engine off and ignition on im not too sure what it could be. maybe a wiring fault...
