getting a new coolant tank and cap,, one of the gaskets on the head wasnt ther and they used gasket sealer insted so it was pressurising the water...
just stript it down and the gimp who had the bike before me has rebuilt it but instead of spending £10 on a gasket set decided to use gasket...

when i rev my aerox up it spits water out of the expansion tank cap will it be the seal on the cap that has gone or the valve that has gone......
i got a bzm super lump in the shed,, guna send it of to get rebuilt and set up and then ill have a project up :mrgreen: need to find some were...
yeah,, 6.2 on the dynoo with a new pipe and reeds it could push 7 :)

you can see street lamps :yahoo: if it was sunny al the time it would be a good buy :grin:
took the switch out and conected the wires up, then when i release the pin out slowly the light comes on let the pin out abit more and it goes off...
when you press the leaver in,, ( front or back) the brake light flickers,, i have checked over all the wires and they seem to be intact,, then...
was thinking the same :grin: Good work :good:
