stripped the front end today and the frame is very slightly bent beneath the headstock, enough for the front wheel to touch the petrol tank and...

*UPDATE* sorted the problem today, turns out i used part of the older gearbox with the newer engine in the bike and the different wear on the...
sorted this now, it was because i used a different gearbox input spline(the one that goes through the side case) than the one that originally came...
