dude... rule of thumb.... always change the seals... they are cheap as.... no reason not to change them. no idea where youd get them from in...

nah no gear up... and no idea of the ratio..... rollers are the same .. and it hit about 80 (49-50mph). the are 3g in a 9 roller variator......

what did you replace it with? you get a 125 or something?
bugger.... that might rule out the disk conversion then..... l/c would be sweet :p does the engine have the water pump and everything...
for the rear? damn... thats hydraulic then. currently the drum is cable.....might be hard to find the bits to convert. is the caliper...
and calliper? is it cable or hydrualic?
