ive fitted the oil pump.. but when u turn the crank with ure hand.. the oil pump turns very slowly .. is that normal ?
so you cant adjust it ? ben.
rite.. the circlips are the ones like.. well they are nearly a circle but with a bit taken out.. or the round clips with a bit comin off ?
im fine with top ends ive watched alot of people do them.. just wanna clear a couple things up the arrow faces on the piston faces the exhaust...
adjust the oil pump on an aerox engine ? which screw.. how far do i turn it for a 70 kit? and what way do i turn it ? cheers guys ben.
yeh as wobbly said most likly a different carb then the pre 53/04 plates upjet ure carb +4 sizes for ure exhaust.. should be fine.. so get a 66 jet
top looks like gurtner jets and bottom delorto.. i got a 52 reg and my jets are the same as the bottom pic what year is your bike ? ben.
oooh yes .. we baught it to replace our 150 litre one.. it keeps blowing fuses and slowing down.. and starting system is fucked on it yes it is...

the original jet IS an 86.. its what i pulled out of my standard ped when i first got it and its what it says in the haynes manual ben.
i can do tha bit.. its the way the little starter motor plate (like a banana shape) fits cheers dude ben.
86 standard jet.. put a 90 in.. my rox ran perfect with a 90 just with a sports pipe and dont put a jet in as low as haugh said lol :P ben.
dellorto ans gurtner are 2 different makes of carbs :S ben.
got it back.. taken the engine to my local bike shop.. they are doing the crank mains and seals for 60 quid then im gunna have to do the rest...
need a picure of the way the starter motor and flywheel fits.. so a pic of inside the transcase without the vari in cheers :cool: ben.
