have u checked to see if its running rich
might sounds silly but has the throttle cable come off the throttle body
it could be your piston rings , what they do is when the engine is going through the cycles oil gets onto the bore to lubricate it and the rings...

once a cbt is done you can ride upto a 125 weather its a scooter or a geared bike then when your 17-19 you can take a mod 1 test which u can get a...
or you could check if its running a bit too rich (for the spluttering) but as for the misfire id change the spark plug because there not that...
