tbh im on limited knowledge on scooters as ive done work on motorcycles n not peds but it sounds like your clutch is not engaging propperly
have you checked to see if you clutch springs r too stiff coz if they r they wont be engagaing the clutch properly
well yeah if you like the whine of a shite 2 stroke then there good but unless u want to be annoyed by that bike then a 4 stroke is the answer n...

yeh they come with instructions just dont trust my self
im just advising not like the other lad laughing its a lil mistake we could probs have guessed it was air cooled as most scoots r these days
i know how to wire it up just dont trust my self putting the grips on the bars
probs like the smell of 2t oil or the sound of a 2t personally it gets annoying after a while listening to a 2t bike
theres no such thing as oil cooled adam its either air cooled or water cooled
just dont get an rs125 (aprilia) cz there shit ( in my opinion)
personally i wouldnt buy any peugeot scooter unless u want problems your best bet is a better brand aka aprilia,piaggio,suzuki,yamaha etc
