You could try this stuff. Ive not used it for panels etc but for "public art" it cant be beaten. It could be just what you need....

I like the shape of the bike but i'm not a fan of big wheelers. If they made a version with 13" wheels I think that would look boss.
Me and my mates tried it...didnt get it quite as good as that yet but you do get some odd angles on because your legs are swinging so fast....
