hmm, if i were you id get rid of the speedfight, sell as much of it as possible, and get a used yamaha/suzuki/honda anything under those brand...
If youve had 3 different engines, id scrap the whole ped, speedfights arent very good anyway, but if you want to keep it just get a new wiring loom.

Okay thanks guys, ive done it now, i used a titanium carbide drill bit, and then drilled the heads off and unscrewed the thread with a pliers....
Check your engine casing for any small cracks, i had that problem with my old suzuki, a small crack in the engien casing and it wouldnt stay on...
