    its probably just turned the handlebars on the forks, remvove the panel on the handlebars and there should be a nut, undo it slightly and re align...

    Runner SP70 new shape, backwheel locked up, now not starting

    wont be the top end, remember the clutch disengages when the engine isnt turning, so it will be transmission related

    Depends what standard carb your running, if its a Dellorto 17.5mm around an 85 is a good start, will probably need to be more, and around 90 if...

    Electrics stopped working, then bike wouldnt start.

    250 volt? i doubt it highly, Its probably a 7.5 amp, thats what my fuse is on my runner
