Cheers, not too keen on the filter myself but i had it laying around and it looks nicer than the grimey old airbox. We'll see though, just trying...
was around £80 including all mounts and wires etc. It just clips on and off and so do the wire connectors so its dead easy to take with you

Not sure on rollers, all depends on how your bike is running. If the acceleration is smooth and constant then theres no reason to change them....

best idea is to get a selection of rollers to see which perform best, 7/8g sounds too heavy to me. Sounds like your ped is still restricted in...
