Your gonna get on here really well, you need to describe why it wont start, like is there even a spark ? first thing. change to new one and check!
Got like a set of blue rox panels but for the 100 but will fit the 50 pm me if your interested :)
Get one ;) just dont expect to get easy access to you carb in 5 mins ;) taking the whole read end off to get the seat bucket out.
Ive got a set of two fork legs, all you need then is the stem ;)

To me that looks like a retrictor cone that has fell down ! and someone forget to get it
i would also check your head gasket! if theres alot of bubbles happening while the engine in running in your water bottle i would seriously check...
