Cold weather starting is a bitch, due to the marginal errors that are apparent in a motor setup, that aren't normally detected in warmer weather....
Right, today... cleaned out the carb, changed inlet rubber as old one was cracked, swapped seat unit so it locks down, took the back wheel off...
