WOW the project is amazing. the hand built exhaust is class. Personally you should have chose the 2t version of the zip ;) alot more tunable.

My runner (rolling nut) has the removable back plate? also all the auto lube bikes have the cog for the oil pump on.

Re: nrg 70 a/c tuning if its an AC bike. and a polini sports or similar. all my mates used around a 68 jet in a 17.5 for the 70 kit. ;)

first of all your gonna need to get the old cylinder out... so dremel it off or something... then find a welder and then bang this on.......
