just wondering if theres any way of making the seats on speedfights more secure because they can be opened by most peugeot keys and my mates...

i would think its something stopping the centrifugal clutch from disengaging, maybe a spring has snapped or it has jammed itself. :scratch:
mines still got the standard 50 bore, with a few other goodies and a 70 kit is next on my list. fed up of being overtaken by friends with piaggio...
speedfights read in km i think because it seems to go up way too quick on mine to be miles, and mines 03 and has the boa lock, not sure if they...

would an nrg50 engine be a straight swap into a speedfight if i get one of the conversion brackets, or is the wiring ect different?

thanks for the info, i didnt cut them down just to be safe but i bent the stoppers out slightly so it allows the reeds to open a bit more :grin:
ok thanks for the replies. also on shiny red tunings site it shows a reed block modification where the metal stoppers on the block are cut down,...
does anyone know what decent reeds, if any, will fit an enki induction kit for a speedfight 50 (the one that lets you use a v reed)?
well it is the standard kit thats done 20k km, and has had some bad owners before me.
