That Blue Sealer seems to be my best friend lately :) Amount of times its come in useful for gaskets is unbelievable
Try wat Jonny says put that gasket on and put blue sealer over it and seal tight and see what happens, keep us updated :)
Did it used to run fine before? Check the fuel pipes, what do you mean by manifold jonny? like cut or slit or tear?
