rofl yeah it takes a lot in a nut shell, first 2 letters are where it was registered, numbers are year, 3 letters are random assigned to the vehicle

oky PO51 JKU P relates to the office it was registered at O is a further area letter 51 year date (more on this below) JKU is the random letters...
