Youll know when its the right set up, the plug should be a chocolate brown sorta of colour, i think your running too rich, so youll need to go...

I wouldnt have thought youd need the crank to handle with the gear up, the gear up is supposed to give the engine less hassle, running the same...
oh, and i sold the runner to morgan, he's now put a sports pipe and mutivar on it... and it runs fine :msn1:
