i would certainly think so. if its standard why try put an open filter especialy without upjetting. put the standard back on and see if it works ;)
does it hesitate to rev or bog down ect or does it rev nicely but not move?

i dont think it would be a restrictor and plus he said faster than 20...if he said 30 then you could have mentioned the restrictors :P

Malossi torque drive(brought for my runner 125 2 stroke, should fit other models), used for aprox 50km comes with two new seals on it. pm me an offer
just got my metal float bowl, and theres an overflow nipple on the bottom with a long tube linking upwards it dosent look like this goes anywhere...
i wouldent really post this up unless my local shop ect didnt have it. i would buy a whole new seal set, but my mate did and it didnt include them...

yeah 125 manifold works if its a very tight or hard to get in go round the lip of the manifold with a stanley or dremal
