get a file and flatten either side of the bolt head then get the mole grips on them plus you want a plumbers blow torch. heat the casing around...
only problem with that is you cant get a good clear picture because of how shiny it is i tried everything i could think of and these are the best...
i bought it online so couldnt really check it over but that isnt the issue i was just wondering on how it could have happened

hey dudes ive just got a second hand malossi variator on closer inspection after giving it a once over ive noticed a hand full of cracks/fractures...
get a new spark plug then run it for ten mins with the old one in till its warmed up once its warm take the old plug out and stick the new one in...
you can buy cheap kits and the paint powder on ebay all you need is a cheap second hand oven and a heat gun. and do bits yourself save you a lot...
i was gonna buy a £100 do-it-yourself ebay kit and do small bits myself at home i could make a few £££ of my mates doing parts for them
is that the only place near you that does it ? maybe thats why there so expensive ? theres a few round near me that does it my mate gets his car...
99.9% of places that powder coat will media/sand blast the frame and get right into all the small places that your really cant get into by doing...
when it comes to frames unless im after something specific i normally get them powder coated the main reason is because its strong and last's for...
