my bike goes like 65 flat just with leovice exhaust (derestricted) malossi variator, stage 6 belt and malossi clutch , also upjetted
the most reliable bikes are 4 strokes , i would say you should get a piaggo zip , they are not expensive and they are small which is what you need...
my one was bit hard to get back , so got a lot of wd40 in the cable and throttle , seems to work pretty well now :)
my friend had it , dosent really make difference to your bike ...
i woudnt recommend getting any 70cc kits as they are so unreliable, if you use your bike daily then get some variator, rolers, belt and clutch ,...
i got normal black gloss paint with some primer and lacquer on the top and it seems to work pretty well
check on ebay there is some cheap second hand ones from breakers
the brackets fits all the piaggio engines as they do all cases the same , so it will fit on sr, ice, tph, nrg, runner, skipper, etc
i rode my typhoon like this just get some black tape around your wires so its noticeable and police never stopped me :)
