is it aircooled if so, it doesnt have a head gasket, faces are machined ,flush,take gasket out and try bike with out it
yes it will be ok ive had it happen to on brothers typhoon,he just fitted a new set reeds and its been ok for nearly a year
you need all the two stroke wireloom and all the relays rectifier cdi unit,if you want it to run
hope you put piston on right way round with arrow pointing to exhaust ,
Tighten the air correction screw GENTLY all the way in ,then turn it back about two an a half turns out,
you will still be liable, you cant get out of it that easy
if its a vacuum fuel tap then its broke, you need a new tap,
it probably needs new brake shoes,,you cant keep tightening adjuster up you will end up needing a new wheel,take it out and check the brake shoes
i havent got much sympathy for you if you were riding about with dangerous forks ,you,could get a fine and points at worse case you could get bike...
yopu dont port the head, you port the cylinder barrel and match it to crankcase ports
clutch and variator nut torque settings are 40 to 44 nm
you can mix rollers most rollers are all same size ,just different weights
if the back wheel is locking it sounds very mush like a partial seizure check your jets, might running lean iwould try a bigger jet to richen it...
carb needs cleaning out untill you get all diesel out it keep will keep stopping and starting,it will also smoke a lot, clean carb and fill tank...
how do you tell that clutch is slipping, just load of revs and you go nowhere
