all i had to do on the engine mount was grind either side down by about 1cm either side does not effect it in strenght wise as it only needs doin...
mine has np problems it rides straight and no vibrations
yes mate can be done i just done the new shape sr with a typhoon 125 engine look at my posts if u need any info and pics u will need to change...
as they not any difference in hight mate and as its converted to a 125 it needs to be higher to clear the head on the engine

wont work as its ment to sit in the groove to stable back end
this is wat am stuck with the kit will bolt on but will not seat right as the groove on it does not sit flush on the case so it tilts forwards n...
sits on the bush fine and bolts on fine but tilts forwards n backwards as its not sittin in the groove towards back of the jack up
got a jack up kit today and ot seems to wobble a bit ans it does not seat into the grove that it should got it from psn scooters n said it would...

yea mate wont be gettin right voltage for spark and get voltage regulator as that controls your voltage for full bike
u need to change the cdi mate got to be a 100cc if u have 100cc engine in it now plus change voltage regulator too i just done a 50cc to 125...
ya can clean the piston if u want mate and just make sure you nip the head up tight but not too tight dont wanna snap studs if u need to take em...

how come it will over heat ? i took mine of my aerox 100 and was ok
