The flywheel should be ok as they rarely give trouble, any Sym dealer should be able to get one. Have you tied ebay france /italy/ germany etc?
You need to remove the clutch nut to the rear of the transmission cover,(19mm socket) then it will come off. re-torque to 40Nm.
