check its not the kickstart cog rubbing on the variator try cleaning the kickstart spring etc and make sure variator done up correctyly well...

yh its got mallosi rolleres and variator and belt and a sports pipe aswell and the malossi 125 kit i rekon bout 95ish with pipe and modde...
right had a look its got a 88 main jet in at the moment plugs very clean wiv just a littlle bit of oilt petrol on it if that helps think im gona...
