try using an imperial socket did it on a mates bike and worked perfectly then replaced nut wen it wos of

try seeing if u move ur kickstart up and down stops the noise i hvave a simuler problem i think and found its kickstart pin rubs on variator or...
right bin messin round all wekk trying all differnt size jets from 88- 120ish and wot eva i do its crap take the airbox off and it goes better can...
